Our gym appeals to the beginner.  Those who are new or returning to exercise, appreciate the user-friendly equipment and available help. Our gym also appeals to serious strength trainers and endurance athletes. The experienced members appreciate the variety and quality found at Sequim Gym, including our large free weight and spacious workout areas. While they are spacious, our workout rooms are individual and inviting. You won't feel like you're on display at a noisy warehouse at Sequim Gym.  Each room is climatized for appropriate acitivities, warmer or cooler as needed. We provide duplicates to our most popular strength equipment, to keep "wait" time down, and "weight" time constant. Some gyms provide no assistance at all, without hiring a trainer. Other gyms have only a so-called "service professional" or "floor attendant". These employees often have no real education or national certification. But at Sequim Gym, certified, experienced personal trainers answer questions and check for safety throughout the day. The trainers offer free scheduled consultations as well. Complete personalized orientation included with your full sign-up at the gym, scheduled at your convenience. Sequim Gym provides scheduled free weight room and circuit classes that members may attend as often as they desire. Modifications are made as needed.
