Pauline's Philosophy on Training:
Exercise
not only feels good but also reduces the risk of developing lifestyle related diseases (cardiovascular, type 2 Diabetes).
Regular exercise is also vital to ensuring that our bodies perform their best. When a person is in great physical
shape, they feel great, and more effectively handle life and get the most out of their life. When a person is up, they feel
more confident, have more energy, do more things, they accomplish and achieve more, & the more successful they become.
In Pauline's
personal life, she has accomplished the following:
Black Belt Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Wan, Army Parachutist, Special Olympics Track Coach, Literacy
Volunteer Clallam Literacy Council, 2010 record holder for the Washington State Puget Sound Senior Games: Shot
put, discus, 1500 meter run, and 5K race walk, Hiking,
Running, Author of two books for correctional educators.
